“Guude“ GREETINGS FROM
THE HEART OF EUROPE
FRANKFURT IS MORE THAN JUST AN IMPRESSIVE SKYLINE:
It is a city that combines cosmopolitan flair, the warmth of Hesse’s people, and economic strength.
Frankfurt is Germany’s financial centre and home to St. Paul’s Church, the cradle of the first German democracy movement and a hub for travellers from all over the world.
KLEYERS and your new apartment provide the perfect base to explore the city in all its detail.
GALLUS: PROGRESS THANKS TO DIVERSITY
YOUR NEW HOME
Around 36 000 people live in the colourful and creative Gallus district. This former working-class area is undergoing constant change.
The cityscape of Gallus is characterised by brick buildings and Bauhaus-style housing estates. The Galluswarte tower is a well-known landmark. The 14th-century watchtower was built by the Frankfurter Landwehr and stands on the square of the same name in the middle of Mainzer Landstraße.
There are numerous pubs, takeaways and restaurants along this main street. And if you are drawn to the classic sights of “Mainhattan,” simply hop on the tram at the Ordnungsamt stop.
The tram takes just under 15 minutes to reach the main station. The Römerberg, St. Paul’s Church and the Main promenade are all within easy walking distance.
Central city location close to the exhibition centre and Skyline Plaza
Romantic buildings from the late 19th century

URBAN LIVING.
GREEN LIVING.
in Gallus
AN EVOLVING DISTRICT FULL OF POSSIBILITIES AND ATMOSPHERE
Today, the location is renowned for its diversity. With its developed infrastructure, city-centre location and gastronomic and cultural offerings, the Gallus area has its own special character and is increasingly becoming a place to be.
One of its meeting points is the Teves area. The former factory site includes the Green Theatre, Frankfurt Sportjugend youth sports association with boxing and table tennis camps, artists’ studios and others.
One particular highlight is the many green spaces and initiatives such as the large-scale GallusGarden urban gardening project. They facilitate contact between neighbours and offer a new way to experience nature in the city.
